Therefore, it seemed natural for Alex to set up his own Entertainment Agency and teach other Steel Pannists his craft to act as understudies for time when he is unavailable. They perform exactly the same set up as Alex and play a similar repertoire too. By offering an alternative and trusted act, Alex is confident that he will always deliver an incredible alternative.
